Deborah Tavares | Weather Weapons, Resource Restrictions, & The Control Agenda
COVID Frequency Theory, Petroleum Elimination, Power Shutdowns
Deborah Tavares asserts that COVID-19 is frequency-based and that weather weapon systems have been in use since the 1940s. She discusses Governor Gavin Newsom's goal to eliminate petroleum-based cars in California by 2035 as part of a broader plan to remove all fuels. The segment details the implementation of Public Safety Power Shutdowns (PSPS) and Flex Power Alerts as methods to habituate the public to energy restrictions.
