Deborah Tavares | Weather Weapons, Resource Restrictions, & The Control Agenda
Grid Vulnerability, Operation Popeye, Toilet-to-Tap Mandates
The segment explores the intentional asset-stripping of the power grid to make it vulnerable to weather attacks. Tavares references historical weather modification like "Operation Popeye" in Vietnam and "Nile Blue" in Cuba. She also discusses Presidential Executive Order 13834, which she claims mandates "Toilet-to-Tap" water treatment, forcing citizens to drink recycled sewage.
