The intersection of science and the occult is explored through films like Halloween 3 and Evil Speak, which were early examples of fusing witchcraft with computer technology. These movies depict the use of modern technology to conjure demonic entities or perform satanic rites. This fusion suggests that in modern cinema, the scientist often functions as a mystical or prophetic figure.
