Coal-Fire Power Plants and the Military Chemical Supply Chain
A researcher at the Portland conference revealed a link between coal-fire power plants and the military's chemical supply. Landman explains that the nanoparticulate soot (fly ash) collected by power plant filters contains aluminum, barium, and strontium.
