Tolec | The Andromeda Council, Underground Reptilians, & The Big Conspiracy
Tucson UFO Community, David Icke and Galactic Intervention
After moving to Tucson in the 1990s, Tolec engaged with prominent UFO researchers like Bob Dean and Wendell Stevens and attended a lecture by David Icke regarding reptilian control. He explains that the Andromeda Council decided to intercede against the Draco and Hydra threat to prevent a future galactic-scale catastrophe. The intervention aims to stop the reptilians from transforming the vibratory rate of oxygen-breathing species into their own DNA frequency.
