Topic: Billy Hayes

Greg Carlwood reviews the previous episode featuring Alana Freeland, noting its low rating from the audience. He expresses frustration with the lack of verifiable evidence regarding "smart dust" and the "cyborg" conversion narrative, stating that personal anecdotes and dismissive attitudes toward skeptical questions hindered the interview. He suggests that researchers in the field should provide resources for listeners to independently test their soil or air for these alleged substances.

Ilana Freeland credits Billy Hayes, a former defense contractor and MKUltra victim, for helping her understand the technical architecture of the Space Fence, which is currently managed by Lockheed Martin. She explains that the military uses non-ionizing radiation because it lacks the immediate heat of nuclear radiation, allowing it to be implemented covertly through Wi-Fi, cell phones, and smart meters. The segment references Jerry Mander’s 1977 book on the elimination of television, highlighting how light and frequencies are used to bypass the optic nerve and influence the brain directly.
