Disney Animatronics and Nuclear Fusion Magic
The 1964 World's Fair featured significant contributions from Walt Disney, including the debut of audio-animatronics and the "It's a Small World" attraction. A notable exhibit by General Electric allegedly demonstrated a "controlled nuclear fusion" plasma explosion, which the host suggests may have been a magic trick or early programming. These displays are framed as part of a larger "Disney operation" to manage human perception and prepare the masses for a technological future.
