Project Serpo, Human-Alien Exchange Program Introduction
Greg Carlwood introduces Project Serpo, a deep-level black budget program involving alleged human-alien contact and an exchange program. The discussion addresses the skepticism surrounding the story's origins on conspiracy forums and the credibility of the anonymous source. Carlwood highlights the "Yellow Book" as a particularly fantastical element of the narrative while preparing for the 100th episode of The Higherside Chats.

00:04 In the 1930s, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt addressed a nation through a series of radio broadcast known as the Fireside Chats. His aim was to reassure the common man that our society would recover from its troubled times but we're far from 1930 and I deal with a different kind of fire For a new era of worldly frustration We offer a fresh conversation! These are the Higher Side Chats. Hello, hello higher side chatters! Welcome to The Goddamn Show! Smokin' a little smoke and drinkin' a little drink which is definitely recommended for the weirdness we got today I am Greg Carlwood from sunny San Diego and were gonna examine a specific case of human alien contact known to the deep level black budget groups as Project Serpo
00:52 It's a bit of a funny thing because in vague terms, people will be pretty accepting of the idea that we visited with aliens or that aliens have visited us. But when you get into such detail, people start to get pretty skeptical and I cannot blame anybody for that but there is a lot of talk out there about this type of meeting so... Some story has to be true, and the only information that really seems to suggest that the Project Serpo story isn't legitimate seems to be rooted in a forum board war where one forum tries to discredit the story because it spawned on a competing forum. So there's a motivation to destroy the story to show your board is the real conspiracy board
01:35 But there's also an incentive to make up the story, to quote-unquote blow the whistle and have it done on your forum so that you get the extra hits. So that YOU get the prestige! But its important to note this information came out on a private network of people sharing this type of information first I don't know its not quite clear but once it went public It caused a whole host of controversy in the conspiracy forum world. And also you have to take what we know about disinformation into account, you know? Could this have been a paid shill trying to throw everyone off the track? Could it be half-truths? You know these are questions that you have to ask yourself but never the fucking less it is interesting
02:18 So who knows people, but Lensbook Project Serpo is very well reviewed and maintains a 4.5 on Amazon. 135 people can't be wrong can they? But anyway I always try to ask questions that a skeptic might ask regardless of what i think because I love to take someone from a no way is that possible to a well shit maybe it is And I tried to help Len make that case. You'll have to decide how we did." Apparently the original messages from the anonymous source where all this comes from, have enough technical information in them to make people much smarter than me find a reason to dig deeper and find them to be credible
02:58 As you'll hear, the story of The Yellow Book is probably the hardest pill to swallow. In fact it's so wild that if this was a fake story... ...the trickster probably wouldn't even include such a fantastical chunk of information if they wanted their story to be believable! Either way, I suggest you get your head right. Strap yourself in and enjoy this ride! I'm going to remind the world about the money bomb again Almost a thousand bucks handed out to date We're preparing for the big 100th episode. I hope we can blow it out We are close to 350 in donations right now So be giving away at least 125 which is solid It's a solid base That said here are the details and I'll be on the other side with the wild tail that is Project Serpo
